Thelma the rag doll has beautiful blonde hair in pigtails with a fringe. She is dressed up as a nurse with a baby pink nurse cap with a big red cross on the front. She has a checkered pink and white t-shirt with a white collar and cuffs, and has a baby pink nurse apron also with a red cross on the front layered over the top of the t-shirt. She is wearing white shoes with straps around the ankles.
