RECIPE SUGGESTIONS

Sparkling Grapefruit

Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Grapefruit Shrub Syrup and lots of ice to a glass. Add 5 parts soda and stir. Adjust to taste. (Add some gin for a delicious alternative to a gin and tonic).

60ml Tequila or Mezcal 30ml.
The Curious Cabinet Grapefruit Shrub Syrup Soda

Add Tequila, Shrub Syrup and lots of ice to a tall glass rimmed with salt. Top with Soda. Stir. Adjust to taste. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a slice of grapefruit. Serve.
